Benjamin Randolph MS, CADC III, CIP, CTT, BRI – II – Chief Executive Officer
Ben entered recovery in 1998 after struggling with substances for several years. After working in the construction trades for a number of years, he went on to school and earned his Master’s of Science. Ben has a passion for recovery and institutes recovery principles in all his affairs, including Pacific Crest Trail Detox. As the CEO, Ben and his wife Jennifer (COO), have applied their dreams of helping others into a reality. Ben worked in a methadone clinic, residential treatment, and an intensive outpatient program. Additionally, Ben has worked as the Director of Chemical Dependency at a 78 bed psychiatric hospital where he oversaw a 22-bed unit. Ben has been conducting interventions over the past decade and remains passionate about helping people get and stay clean and sober.
Jennifer Randolph, CAI-II, CIP, CTP, BRI – II, CADC II – Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operations Officer of Pacific Crest Trail Detox, Jennifer and her husband Ben turned their dream of helping others get sober into a reality. Jennifer’s addiction to drugs and alcohol started in high school. Without her personal experience with addiction, she would not be where she is today with over 15 years sober. Jennifer brings personal experience with addiction to the table, and she has worked hard to achieve many nationally recognized certifications. Jennifer is a Certified ARISE Interventionist (CAI), Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), Board Registered Interventionist (BRI II), Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II). Her scope of practice is useful in all stages of recovery, helping those she works with get sober and STAY sober.
Martin Klos - Medical Director
Dr. Martin Klos is a Board Certified Addictionologist treating opiate, methamphetamine, and alcohol addictions. Dr Klos is an advocate for improved pain management, as well as, prevention/medical treatment models for drug addiction. He received his Bachelor of Science, Biology, and Psychology Degrees from University of Oregon in 1979, and his medical degree in 1983. Dr Klos did an internship in general medicine and a residency in anesthesiology at Ochsner Hospital and Clinics, New Orleans, LA from 1983 to 1986. Dr. Klos also received an MBA in Healthcare Management from Portland State University in 2014. Dr. Klos has been practicing medicine professionally since 1985.
Debra Robertson - Nurse Manager
Debra is Pacific Crest Trail Detox facilities new Nurse Manager. She has a master’s degree in nursing leadership and management. Working in community and inpatient mental health for more than 25 years and close to 10 years of nursing experience, Debra brings the skills necessary for creating a healthy team environment. Debra enjoys working with a solid team that delivers excellent client care to every client we serve. In her leisure time you can find her motorcycling, crocheting, traveling, attending comic cons, and camping with her family. She is also a huge Star Wars enthusiast!
Lisa Miyamoto - Registered Nurse
Lisa is a Registered Nurse at Pacific Crest Trail Detox. Lisa graduated from Fresno City College, and has over 16 years experience ranging from: ICU trauma/burn unit, medical surgery unit, surgery, and high risk obstetrics. While working in med-surg and OB, Lisa cared for many patients that were withdrawing from drugs or alcohol, and that is when she discovered her passion for helping clients to begin their journey of recovery.
Joelle Lytle - Registered Nurse
Joelle Lytle is a Registered Nurse here at Pacific Crest Trail Detox. She provides client center treatment plans that aide in the detoxification process. It brings Joelle joy and fulfillment to be able to help individuals take control of their lives and start on their road to recovery.
Victoria is a graduate from Skagit Valley College Nursing school, and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington. When beginning her career as a nurse, she was searching for an avenue of nursing where she could make a positive impact on those she cares for, which she has found at Pacific Crest Trail Detox. Through her own experiences and interactions with people she loves, who are currently battling or have battled addiction, Victoria understands that the transition is difficult. Victoria lives a life of integrity, compassion, and positivity which she applies to all aspects of her life. She brings a holistic and empathetic approach when caring for the clients at Pacific Crest Trail Detox. As a single mom, she enjoys spending her free time with her two beautiful daughters, being outdoors, sight seeing and spending quality time together.
Joseph Chow – Joint Commission Compliance Specialist
Joseph started his journey of recovery at rock bottom. Completely broken by his addiction to the point of homelessness, Joseph was able to pull himself up, harnessing capabilities and skill sets he never knew he had possessed while in his active addiction. Being extremely active in 12 Step Based Recovery, Joseph found a great sense of purpose and gratitude by being a man of service in recovery today. Joseph prides himself on his work as our Joint Commission Compliance Specialist here at Oregon Trail Recovery, ensuring that the program is up to date with all regulations and compliance standards. When he is not at work, Joseph enjoys partaking in the culinary arts, which he has a particular flair and talent for!

Till Gwinn is a CADC candidate currently taking classes at Portland Community College with the goal of obtaining is CADC 2. Till has experience working in the field of mental health treatment at Luke-Dorf a men’s program for dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders. He was born and raised in Oregon City, Oregon and currently lives in North Portland with his lovely partner and cat.
Tabatha Cottis - Detox Technician
Tabatha was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Tabatha is in recovery from her own addiction and works a program where she regularly attends NA meetings, has a sponsor and sponsees, and is always of service to those struggling with addiction. Being in recovery is what made her want to work in the addiction treatment field and loves to work with others beginning their recovery journey. Tabatha is a Certified Recovery Mentor and is working toward becoming a CADC 1. When Tabatha is not working for PCTD she spends time with her three children, and her significant other. She attends NA activities in the community such as the NA camp-outs, retreats, and other fellowship activities.
